Rates 

Individual therapy is $220 per 45 to 50-minute session with our Psychologists and $130 per 45-50 minute session with Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists

Psychological assessments/Evaluations: $220/assessment hour. The number of total hours varies based on the type of assessment. Please email or call to learn more about psychological assessment and pricing. Some insurance companies will cover the costs of assessments and we’re more than happy to help you learn more about the benefits available to you!

Insurance 

Currently, we accept insurance for clients with Evernorth/Cigna, Magellan, Tricare, and insurance with out-of-network benefits.

Group Therapy, Relationship Therapy, and Family Therapy are provided on a cash-pay basis only, insurance is not accepted for these services.

Right to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE)

As of January 1, 2022 health care providers are required to provide a Good Faith Estimate to individuals who do not utilize health insurance for their appointments. A Good Faith Estimate details anticipated costs reasonably be expected to accrue across a calendar year.  As the estimate must be provided when care is scheduled and/or at the beginning of each new year, this estimate includes the anticipated cost for a year of weekly visits.  If you are paying for out-of-pocket services, you will be provided with a good faith estimate of what a course of care lasting 12 full months might cost.  Please note, this does NOT mean that any given course of care will require the full 12 months, but instead is to allow you an opportunity to anticipate and plan for costs associated with your care effectively.  

Cancellation Policy 
If you do not attend a scheduled therapy appointment or you cancel/reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
