Nicoleia is the Client Relations Specialist for Wellness Therapy of San Diego. Each client, current and new, will have the pleasure of speaking with Nicoleia at some point during their treatment at Wellness Therapy. Her role with the practice is invaluable as she works to keep all of the behind-the-scene aspects of the practice running smoothly. If you call or email the practice, either as a new client seeking services or an existing client with questions, Nicoleia will be there for you to answer questions and provide support. New clients can rest assured that Nicloleia will not only help you along your journey into therapy but that she will match your interests and needs with the best-fitting clinician at the practice.

With an undergraduate degree in psychology, goals of pursuing a graduate degree in psychology, and a high respect for the therapeutic process, Nicoleia understands how difficult reaching out for help can be. Her warmth and understanding help new clients feel comfortable and safe when they contact the practice to set up a new appointment, discuss services, or receive information. Nicoleia’s attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time helps the clinicians at Wellness Therapy be able to do what they do best —treat clients — without the much-needed attention to the business side of the practice being sacrificed.
